so we had a series of welsh chefs in our venue. on one of the days the chef was running late our technician asked one of my team to tell the audience. ten minutes later the chef still hadn't arrived and my friend mike was still entertaining the audience and keeping them engaged.

when the chef finally did turn up my friend mike got a bigger round of applause lol
